After so much discovery, it is time for a gastronomic experience, for which the richness of the cuisine of the Alto region Minho invites us to a table where the flavors and aromas are deliciously full of authenticity and tradition.

In the historic center of the village of Ponte de Lima, in the old Casa do Provedor, where the original structure has been preserved. A welcoming house where you can taste true and traditional Minho regional cuisine, as well as some new recipes for all palates. Highlights include the Sarrabulho Rice, Oven-Roasted Milk Kid and Cod à Provedor (Bacalhau Panado). In winter, you can enjoy the pleasant warmth of the fireplace. In summer, you can opt for the terrace when the weather invites you. Close to the Arco da Porta Nova on the walls of Ponte de Lima, enjoy a terrace under the wall, next to the Torre da Cadeia.
