The Eugénio de Almeida Foundation's cultural and wine heritage is joined by the legacy of Alentejo gastronomy, right in the heart of the Historic Center of Évora. With an architecture of clean lines, underlined by the white of the walls and the tones of the wood and red of the furniture, Enoteca Cartuxa evokes the informal atmosphere of a tavern, bringing it to the contemporary world.

Surprise it discovering the perfect harmony between Adega Cartuxa wines and regional cuisine interpreted and reinvented in a modern way. Adega Cartuxa's entire wine portfolio is at your disposal, also by the glass.

In the Enoteca shop you can also find olive oils from Lagar Cartuxa - EA and Cartuxa - and even a selection of gourmet products from the region.

This is a space designed for people from Évora and for all those who visit this World Heritage city.
