Paxá Wines is located in Quinta do Outeiro, south of Silves, a historic town with many wine references. We invite you to visit the Quinta, starting in the cellar where the production processes of Paxá wines are revealed, as well as their history. This is followed by a pleasant walk through the vineyard to the hill where the tasting room is located, inside a typical Algarvian house that is over 80 years old.

At the end of the visit, you'll take part in a tasting of 3 premium wines (choose from): Paxá Verdelho, Paxá Arinto and Paxá Rosé Premium, Paxá Viognier, Paxá Tinto Reserva and Paxá Negra Mole, accompanied by fish pâtés (mackerel with almonds and olives and Algarve-style tuna), regional bread and olive oil. Visit Quinta do Outeiro and discover the delicious flavors of the Algarve.

  • Guided tour of the winery and walk through the vineyard
