It's not a wine cellar, at least not just. Here, good Algarve food is served with a strong commitment to the raw material par excellence of the region: fresh fish and seafood. Grouper soup is not usually on the menu, but if you're lucky enough to come across it, don't miss it. As for meat, without major complications, oxtail in red wine is the undisputed winner.
