Born in March 2011, this innovative gastronomic project is located in the heart of the Douro, next to National Road 222, in the center of the town of Ervedosa. In a space designed with great attention to detail, Toca da Raposa's aim is to showcase the cuisine once cooked in the Douro's farms and manor houses, recovering old family recipes. In a modern and sophisticated yet comfortable and welcoming environment, with decor that mixes contemporary aesthetics with old and regional elements, it functions as a restaurant, bar, wine cellar and sells regional products. It also promotes wine launches and tastings, visits to farms and wineries, among other initiatives.
