For half a day, we will unveil all (or almost all) of the secrets behind such a noble wine. We will travel, almost always off-road, the narrow paths flanked by the granite walls that hide the vineyards... all this with the landscapes of Serra da Estrela and Caramulo as a backdrop.
You can then show your skills in oenology, building his own batch (blend), to his liking, using the percentage and type of grape varieties that his “winemaker's instinct” suggests… in short, an unforgettable experience, spent in one of the most modern wine facilities in the Dão , with 30 hectares of vineyards, with a laboratory at your disposal and with the support and technical support of a “real” winemaker!
- Half day tour with guide/monitor in a Land Rover vehicle;
- Pick up and drop off in Viseu at the location defined by the customer;
- Visit to the wine cellar and vineyards;
- Tasting of a Dão wine;
- Production and bottling of 2 bottles of wine (self-made batch and personalized label).
